There are so many things you can do with lovely, emerald green asparagus.
This is one my favorites,
blackening it in olive oil…
with lemon juice…
and, of course, salt. Garlic is a nice addition.
It is perfectly fine all by itself, I could eat pounds of it! But this time I wanted some extra carbs.
You could make this pesto pasta, or any basic red sauce will do. Or perhaps even a nice vegan white sauce. Be creative.
Just make it pretty!!!
