My very first Pizza Week pizza!!! If you’ve been following me the past few days, you probably know all about Pizza Week and Cheesefare. I hope you’re joining us in the pizza lovin’!

Then added a vegan cheese. You can see what I did on the original Mexican Pizza HERE. I’m saving the tahini “cheese” sauce for Lent proper.
I baked this at 500 degrees for about 12 minutes. Depending on your oven and the thickness of your dough, you may have to lower the heat a little and let the pizza cook longer to make sure the crust gets golden brown on the bottom.
