I realize I’m posting a lot of teff based recipes lately. I guess that’s what happens when you have 50+ pounds of teff flour at your disposal. Anyway, this is really good, and hopefully my blog will be the top listing in searches for teff recipes!
It seems like strawberries are only good for a day or two after we buy them. We should try organic, but…we never do. This is about half a pound, in a small saucepan with a tablespoon or two of water. Bring it to a quick boil, then lower the heat to medium and let the strawberries break down at a very low boil.
