Just a simple little veggie sandwich of romaine, tomatoes, onions, LOTS of mustard. I cut the one slice of Feldkamp Fitness Bread in half (they’re really long pieces), spread each one with tahini, and sprinkled on a little nutritional yeast and pink Himalayan salt. I added a piece of Kavli crispbread, the crispy garlic flavor, for a nice crunch.

I’m a big fan of the Feldkamp Fitness Bread because it contains so much iron (15%!) and a nice little chunk of protein. This is a great healthy snack for an oil free fasting day, or any day!
