Ever since I got back, I just want someone else to do all the cooking for me. I’m getting back into it now, but only after a week of dining out. It started with Lai Thai Kitchen.
I really loved the huge basil leaves, and the way the seitan soaked up the garlic sauce. I wished there was more seitan – not because there wasn’t a lot in the dish, but because I just wanted to eat more! As it was, though, there was plenty for two meals and I got to eat the leftovers for breakfast.
