Just using up some leftover dough from the other day.

You can use whatever veggies. Here I just have onion, celery and garlic.

Mixed them in a bowl with olive oil and salt. Nutritional yeast optional.

Rolled the dough into a few small balls,

then, one at a time, rolled them, put a little filling in the center,

pulled the edges up toward the center and pinched them shut. Then,

SMASH.

Rub a little oil on the bottom and place it on a baking sheet. Put a little oil on top. Bake at 380 for 14 minutes.

Eat. Well, let it cool a little first. Or you could just do it the easy way –

Roll out a big piece of dough, spread the veggies in oil on top,

bake at 380 for 14 minutes,

slice into pieces. Eat.

I still have some dough left, I’ll see what I can come up with to use it up.

Aaaand…I sent out 3 letters today for my summer writing project. Now I don’t know what to do because I’m out of MLL requests within the US. I’ll either have to spend the extra postage to do the ones outside the US or pick people out of the phone book.
