The taco salad I made using leftovers from the bean dip:
Romaine, onions, tomato, bell pepper, corn, crushed tortilla chips. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with a little salt. Stir it up. You can add the beans directly to the salad. My dip was really thick, though, so I just scooped some up with my fork before grabbing a bite of the salad.
